The band at Westwood High School has long held on to the title of the "baddest band in the land". An inner city school, Westwood has used music as a motivator, as a teaching tool, and as a means of fellowship between the students and the community. With an increasing number of arts being cut from schools, the band is in danger of not having the supplies necessary to fuel the spirits of these children. The mission, should you choose to accept it, is to keep the dream of music from dying. Each donation will go to providing the necessities, like music books, to the children to the Westwood High School Band.
